CANES SOFTBALL

    We have the potential to be a very very good team and the way to do that is playing within ourselves and our potential.  This Frostbite season gives us the chance to work on our strengths and limit our weaknesses. If everyone plays within their ability and know their role we can be unstoppable. We have power hitters, great defensive players and speed. If you are not a power hitter, dont even try. If you don' have speed, don't try to take the extra base. If defense isn't your strength, let someone else play the field and do YOUR job at the plate. We are pretty much a 30 and under team which gives us every advantage in this game and we should use it to the best of our ability.

     Those of you who know me well know that i love to win, but in softball, it is the game that i love, not winning(winning is a plus). I want to see everyone grow as players and teammates and friends. In my opinion this is a special group with the sky as the limit, so lets put the work in this winter so that next year everyone will know who the CANES are! I know you guys are going to make fun of me for this but I don't care, this year was the most fun i have had in sports for as long as i can remember and i want every year from here on out to be better than the last(win or lose). So lets have fun and grow as a team.
